Layer’r has recently launched some new body splashes, and they all smell so good. I have two of them – “Poise” & “Story”. Today’s review is going to be on “Story”.

My Experience with Layer’r Wottagirl Love Your Style Story Body Splash:
The product comes in a long, classy black plastic bottle with some cute print on the packaging. This packaging definitely looks nice and cute. It has a silver pump spray which doesn’t work properly.
The spray pump is not hard like the Poise one, but the pump doesn’t spray the product properly. It feels like the mist is splashing suddenly from the bottle, and the splash falls on only a particular place. Sometimes it sprays extra product too when pressed hard. Maybe it’s a manufacturing fault, but it’s so irritating when you are in a hurry and the pump doesn’t work.
I usually prefer strong but pleasant fragrances. I have no particular preferences when it comes to fragrances, but it is quite difficult to choose a perfect smell for me. This “Story” is a fresh soothing fruity fragrance with mild floral notes. This fragrance doesn’t feel strong and overpowering at all. It feels really fresh and pleasant. Sensitive noses may also like it. With time, it settles down to a very nice smell. I am really impressed with the fragrance. It is the kind of fragrance that you would like to wear on a date night. It has never irritated my skin. Also, it doesn’t stain the clothes.
It keeps me fresh throughout the day. As I sweat badly, it can control my body odor and make me smell so good. It smells so good even after a long day. It does not last as long as Poise on me, but it almost stays for around 7 hours. But as it is a mild soothing fragrance, it starts to fade a little after 6 hours. Still it feels very fresh and light after 6 hours.
Overall this body splash is great for parties, office and even for a date. I am using it so much and it really makes me happy. This is the kind of smell that’s liked by everyone and for every occasion. These body splash are worth a shot!
