My take on Loccitane En Provence Ultra Rich Body Lotion:
I received this as a free gift with one of my huge loccitane hauls which I did last year. I was waiting for winters to arrive to use this lotion and I can safely say post winters that this lotion has been my best buddy throughout to combat dry skin and flakiness( only my facial skin is super oily rest is dry) It comes in a plastic bottle with a flip cap opening, the bottle is very sturdy and travel friendly. Coming to the lotion, it is a thick white coloured lotion which has a soothing fragrance which lingers for an hour or so. Though it claims to contain the scents of jasmine ( which happens to be my favourite) but i could not really trace the same. The lotion owing to its thick consistency takes a few seconds to get completely absorbed. I wont say it feels feather light on the body but doesn’t feel sticky either. You can actually feel your skin being moisturised, no wonder it has shea butter as the main ingredient .The skin feels supple for 3-4 hours. The best part is that only a small quantity is needed to cover the body. The lotion may not be apt for summers as one does not need that heavy moisturisation amidst the scorching heat. Also, I am unsure how it would fare on oily skinned beauties
All in all, it is a very good body lotion for people who experience dry skin during chilling winters.
