Today, I am back with a new product from L’Oreal Paris. This product caught my attention when I spotted it sitting silently on Watson’s aisle. L’Oreal describes it as a 6-in-1 product and that’s too much to claim. I picked it without a second thought, I have been using this cleansing balm over the past few months and now I am ready to share my views with you guys. Read on to know more about L’Oreal Paris Hair Expertise EverPure Sulfate-Free 6-in-1 Cleansing Balm.
$11.99 for 200 ml.
Introducing the Hair Expertise EverPure Cleansing Balm, L’Oreal’s first 6-in-1 cleansing conditioner for color treated hair. This low lather, no-stripping, no-build-up system with nourishing botanicals cleanses, conditions, treats damaged hair, de-tangles, softens and adds shine. 6-in-1 benefits. Nourishes color treated hair, non-stripping.
Directions To Use:
Use it like a shampoo. Apply 6-8 pumps (depending on hair length) to wet hair. Massage on scalp, distribute evenly throughout hair & rinse off after a few minutes. No additional conditioner needed.
My Experience with L’Oreal Paris Hair Expertise EverPure Sulfate-Free 6-in-1 Cleansing Balm:
There is nothing over-the-top about this product’s packaging since it’s from a drugstore brand. This cleansing balm comes in a cylindrical bottle and has a pump that helps with easy dispensing. All information regarding the product has been mentioned on the bottle itself. It is not travel friendly, I would suggest using a small container for travel purpose.
Well, I have used the shampoo as well as conditioner from this range in the past and I didn’t like how they performed. When I saw that this product claims to cleanse, treat, condition, soften, detangle, and add shine at once, I was excited try this product.
When I used it and tried to feel my wet hair to check if I could feel any difference, it felt as if I had not used any conditioner and my hair would dry rough and tangled. I thought this product had failed miserably. After blow drying my hair, my saw that my hair had dried completely straight, felt shiny like never before, and also was super soft, I could not believe it! I thought this effect could have been due to the hair dryer, so the next time around, I allowed my hair to air dry, and the results were same! My hair was so shiny, soft, and straight. This one was a banger! Fragrance-wise, it does not smell a lot, but yes, leaves a very pleasant scent on hair. Overall, I really like this product. I have got another variant as well which is for normal to dry hair.
The only downside is that it does not lather because it is completely sulphate free, which make me feel it is not working or removing dirt from my hair.
