Here come the dupes of NARS Orgasm blush:
Colorbar Peachy rose is a close dupe of NARS Orgasm blush but not so close. Colorbar peachy rose is a pinky blush with soft golden shine while the NARS Orgasm is more apricot-pink shade with very high golden shine to it. Also NARS Orgasm is a warmer shade than Colorbar Peachy Rose.
Still you can say that they are quite close.

MAC Springsheen vs NARS Orgasm blush :
Difference between NARS Orgasm Blush and MAC Springsheen Blush– None. Absolutely nothing. I would just say that that pigment wise, NARS Orgasm blush is a little better. That could be because MAC Springheen is a sheertone blush. That’s about it.

I have been using Peachy Rose for the last couple of months and Im loving every speck of it.Heard a lot about the Nars Orgasm blush.I have no access to MAC so will take your word for it.

ELF candid coral is said to be dupe for orgasm as well, i have candid coral but not orgasam , read that Milani Luminious is a real DUPE for orgasm.I think Korres zea mays blush in coral can be a close dupe , orgasm is more warm/coral/pink vs the Korres which is kinda cool toned/pink.
