Nature’s Essence Seramide Anti-wrinkle Cream
Hello All You Lovely Ladies!
I have been singing peons of this brand known as Nature’s Essence for quite some time now. My mother, on seeing my cupboard stacked with Nature’s Essence products, asked me there was something that she could use from this particular brand and we looked it up together online. When we found this, she immediately let me know of her desire to try it and we ordered it without any further ado. Read on to know how this cream fared on my mother.
Name of the Product:
Nature’s Essence Seramide Anti-wrinkle Cream.
Price:
Rs70 for 40gm.
Product Description:
Blessed with carrot seed oil, calendula officinalis, manjishtha and natural ceramides, this concentrate anti wrinkle ceam deep moisturizes the skin and fades visible wrinkle lines, maintaining the skin elasticity.
Ingredients:
Carrot seed oil, Manjishtha and natural Ceramides. No other ingredients are mentioned.
My Experience with Nature’s Essence Seramide Anti-wrinkle Cream:
The product comes in a small white plastic tub with a pink and green label with product description on it. The cap is a screw on type and there’s another plastic flap that keeps the product from smearing on to the cap. When you remove the flap thingy, the first thing you notice is the intense, overpowering smell. Although I could not point it out, the smell seemed very familiar to me. Later it dawned on me that the smell was very much like Hit, the spray we use to kill mosquito and other insects. It did not have the sting of the spray but the smell had some resemblance. Both my mother and I did not find it irritating but some people might.
The cream has the consistency similar to that of cold creams. When you apply it, the skin absorbs it beautifully leaving no residue. It moisturizes the skin nicely without making it oily at all. It leaves the skin soft, supple and matte but the dry skinned ladies might find its moisturizing properties not enough for their needs.
My mother applied it two times a day. She used up the entire tub which lasted her for nearly a month, maybe a couple of days short. However, after a month’s use she found no difference in either the number or quality of wrinkles present. This cream also had no effects whatsoever on dark spots either. It did not make the skin any firmer than it already was. Before this she was using Olay Total Effects 7 in 1 which she did not like any more than this particular product. I guess she’ll have to keep looking before she spots her HG anti-ageing cream.
Pros of Nature’s Essence Seramide Anti-wrinkle Cream:
• Moisturizes the skin well( but maybe not well enough for people with dry skin).,
• Dirt cheap.
• Makes the skin soft and supple.
• Does not make the skin greasy.
• Keeps the skin matte.
Cons of Nature’s Essence Seramide Anti-wrinkle Cream:
• Smells like Hit, the mosquito repellent spray minus the sting.
• No effect whatsoever on wrinkles.
• Did not make the skin any more firm than it already was.
IMBB Rating:
2/5

May be it is an anti wrinkle cream and not a wrinkle healer.. But yeah why tall claims then!! Good review 🙂
Thanks Rati! The cream actually claims to fade away visible wrinkle and lines, so its supposed to be a healer but any way the product’s a dud. *haan ji*
