My Experience with Neutrogena Hydro Boost Cleansing Facial Wipes:
The Cleansing Facial Wipes comes in a square shaped blue colored plastic cover. It has an opening on the top from where the wipes can be pulled out and the cover can be sealed again. For now, the plastic flap closes well but, from my experience, I know that it will change over time. The flap will not close completely leading to slightly drier wipes. These are my must haves especially during travel since it’s a hassle-free makeup remover and is easy to travel with.
The makeup wipes are normal sized and the smell is pretty good. I have other products from the same range and they all smell the same. It’s not a strong fragrance and I prefer it that way.
The makeup wipes are very effective in removing makeup. I normally do not use waterproof products due to many reasons. Recently, I bought a L’Oreal mascara without realising that it’s waterproof. So, I am using it and also tried to remove the mascara with the wipe and it worked wonderfully. I used just one wipe for my entire face and it removed my eye makeup effectively.
The product claims to have a patented cleansing technology combined with Hyaluronic Acid to cleanse effectively while protecting the skin’s barrier thereby, locking the moisture into your skin. My skin felt extremely clean and didn’t find the need to wash my face after using the wipe. My skin did not feel dry too.
I also didn’t have to use a lot of muscle power to remove the makeup. It was extremely easy and quick to work with. The best part is that it does not burn your eyes while removing eye makeup. This is not the case with many other wipes. I didn’t have any kind of irritation while using these wipes.
