I have tried a couple of products from this brand and Mattemoist Lip Gloss range has managed to impress me the most. Here’s the review of shade “404 Jolly.”

My Experience with Note Cosmetics Mattemoist Lip Gloss 404 Jolly:
It comes in a sturdy packaging. The packaging is pretty similar to Sugar Cosmetics Suede Secret Matte Lipcolour range, except this one has a flat applicator. The tube is see-through and the applicator facilitates application. Overall, the packaging is sturdy for the price and I really like it.
“Jolly” is a unique shade. It might look like a basic coral in the tube but it shows its undertones on the lips. It shows a tinge of red or pink or even looks neutral – depending on your lip color/pigmentation. In pictures, its undertone doesn’t show well, but in reality, the lip color is actually very unique and very pretty. On my lips, it tends to look a little pinkish and looks orangish on my sister’s lips. This shade will look best on fair to medium skin tones.
The formula is very lightweight and almost like a lip cream. It is well pigmented and I don’t have to dip the wand into the packaging again and again to get an opaque finish. It feels super smooth and comfortable on the lips. You don’t have to apply a lip balm underneath since this is a non-drying formula; it doesn’t leave your lips dry either.
Since it never really dries, it tends to transfer a lot, which is irritating. Still, it is bearable. It fades evenly and never really disappears from the lips unless you eat something oily. The overall finish is satin-matte and it makes the lips look really pretty. This one lasts 4-5 hours on my lips and that’s maximum I can go without eating something. 😛 It leaves a very light even stain on the lips. You can remove it with any remover.
