Liquid lip liner is a new concept for me. I have never tried something like this in the past, and that’s why I was so keen to check this out. I picked up the shade “Sunlit.” So, let’s move on straightaway to the review.

Beginning with the packaging of the product – the lip liner comes in a bright yellow and black colored cardboard box with all product-related information on it. The packaging of the lip liner tube is similar to NYX Vivid Brights Eyeliner. The lip liner tube is a long plastic tube, which is color-coded. The tube is golden yellow in color and has a long, black-colored screw-on cap, which closes tightly making the tube leakproof. The tube has some detailing on it in simple black fonts.

There is a long thin liner brush attached with the cap for drawing sharp and thin lines. One may create any type of line using this thin and pointed brush. The bristles are long, which makes the application tricky. It requires a lot of practice to create artistic lip art using this lip liner. The bristles are soft and they feel quite gentle on the skin.

It is definitely a gold lip liner. This is apt for creating creative festive and party lip makeup. Sunlight is a bright golden yellow color, it is a bold and bright shade. The lip liner has finely-milled gold shimmers that give it a metallic gold kind of a finish.

This lip liner is decently pigmented and two strokes are good enough to deposit opaque color. This lip liner can be used in multiple ways. It cannot only be used as a lip art material but it can also be used for eye makeup as a pretty metallic gold eyeliner. The shimmers are very finely milled into the formula and do not look chunky on the lips. These shimmers do not budge or transfer at all.

The consistency of the lip liner is thin, it spreads easily, but you need to layer it on to achieve rich color. The texture is smooth and glides effortlessly on the lips. It is neither too thick nor too runny. The liner dries up pretty quickly and sets to a lovely, soft, metallic finish. Once it dries out completely, it lasts for 4 hours, so the lasting power of the product is quite low.

Overall, this is such a fun product. If you are into creative makeup and want to stand out in the crowd, you should try out this range. This product is definitely not for beginners. It requires a lot of practice to get precise application.
