Original Source Vanilla Milk and Raspberry Shower Cream – Review

Original Source Vanilla Milk and Raspberry Shower Cream

Hola Sunshines

Howdy??

Today I will be reviewing one of my currently favourite shower gels, its form Original Source.
Product Description:

“82 British sunrises helped make one moisturising bottle of this”
When we want to be, we can be a patient bunch here at Original Source. For this little treat we were really put to the test. We waited 82 British Sunrises for the raspberries to become lovely and ripe before squeezing them with Vanilla Milk for this beautifully moisturising shower cream. Made with 100% natural fragrances, this little pink bottle of joy smells just divine, give it a sniff, you’ve got to agree! Smother yourself in this cream to smooth your rough bits. This moisturising shower will leave your skin soft and smelling sweet.

Original Source products come in a range of seriously fruity fragrances created with a blend of real fruit oils and extracts. All Original Source products are vegan and made with natural products.
I just love the bottle it comes in. It is packaged inside easy-squeeze plastic packaging with a flip-bottom and squeeze mechanism lid. The packaging is reflective of the product inside, here being reflective of the wonderful raspberries and milky vanilla combination. The texture is very creamy but very runny, unlike any other shower cream. But I really have no issues with that.

The formula is silky smooth and creates a wonderful lather; it leaves your skin feeling soft. It definitely is very moisturising.

This shower cream smells heavenly; it smells exactly like Raspberry Milkshake which is oh so delicious. It is so calming for your nerves. It’s simply divine. But the scent doesn’t really linger on your skin for long.

And now comes the best part (or weirdest part…), its expiry date is 10 years from the date of manufacturing. Isn’t that cool and weird at the same time..:-P 😛

  1. OMGG!! this sounds so indulging. Would totally love to try this out. and the description is super awesome. 😀 thanks for the review. 🙂

  2. atleast in the uk, they don’t print expiry dates, instead they print a sign of a tub and write the number of months after you’ve opened it that it will last. as far as i can tell, the back of your bottle says 12m which means it can be used for 12 months after opening. (and not 10 years – maybe it means upto 10 years without opening)

  3. I’m afraid that after reading ur articulate review Radhika , I bought one from Flipkart but sadly they didn’t match with the bottle I just received… Oh dear it was so dismaying !! Instead of smelling sweet, It reminded me of curd gone stale.. Well never mind… I’lll check elsewhere… Totally fixated to shower gels fanatic !!!🤗😇
