On one of my recent trips, I lost my luggage and has to buy some essentials from my local Ulta and the eyeliner in this review was bought as part of that haul. I wear copious amounts of black eyeliner every day. As I have mentioned before, my favorite eyeliner is by the brand Lancome, but since it is not so gentle on my humble pocket, I devised a way to avoid running out of it every month. I first apply a thick coat of a good, drugstore eye liner such as the one by Rimmel or NYX, and then layer it with the one from Lancome.
