My Experience with Revlon Ultra HD Lip Lacquer – HD Fire Opal:
Packaging: The packaging is simple and gorgeous. The see-through tube helps to guess the color from outside and makes identification easy if you have a lot of lip lacquers from Revlon. There is a crystal detailing on the cap which gives it that extravagant touch. The applicator is a brush, which I feel is better than the regular doe-foot sponge ones.
Shade:  “Fire Opal” is a bright red color with orange tones. It is definitely bold and gives you juicy red lips. This shade is free from shimmer. This shade of red is a notch higher in terms of boldness.
Texture and Pigmentation:  The texture is gel-like. It goes over smoothly and sits comfortably on lips, but when I want to set right the patchiness, I end up layering; this gives me a rather heavy feeling on the lips. The gel-like formula gives me super lustrous and plump lips, ready for a “date-night.” But at the same time, it feels heavy on the lips. My attention is dedicated to my lips and it also transfers, without saying. The pigmentation is bang on; one swipe is all I need for the intense color. This indeed impressed me.
Lasting Power: Â The gloss lasts for 4 hours after which the shine disappears. It does not survive full meals completely but leaves behind a stain. I prefer blotting this a bit to reduce the heavy feeling. Blotting will ease up the intensity and makes it more comfortable. The stain is easy to remove afterwards.

For some special occasions, this would be suitable. Gloss lovers would definitely like this but this shade is not for the faint-hearted.
