Needless to say I love Shiseido lipsticks! They have all my fav colors and come in such amazing finishes of creamy glossy and shimmer ones.Today my pick is a golden orange shimmer one which is THE orange for warm Indian skin tones. If you have a wedding to go to, wearing orange outfits, or wearing a red outfit but cannot wear a red lipstick, this is your color!

 

The lipstick comes in a super pretty click lock case and unfortunately they do not mention the names.The name is day lily which is again cute.The other lipsticks from them I have tried are creamy. But this is a warm orange color with loads of gold shimmer to it.The texture is kind of glossy and on the sticky side.The shimmer in it makes it look shiny although the shimmer does not twinkle or look OTT. The finish is super glossy and gives the lips a luscious and plumped look.But too much could accumulate the shimmer in lip lines.

 

The pigmentation is superb, it is not sheer or opaque but something in between.It can be built up no doubt but them it would look very orange and bright glossy.One coat is sufficient honestly.This kind of color would suit all skin tones, if you are neutral or yellow, this is the orange for you.It really brightens the face.

The color could look OTT due to the bright orange that it is.Wear it lightly and do line the lips as it tends to bleed due to it soft texture and since it is already glossy, you might want to use a base. Because it is on the sticky side, this kind of transfers everywhere and in three hours you are left with only golden shimmer.This could be your party wear for evenings and Indian outfits,a nice orange to own with an edge of glossy and shimmer look.
