Friends, pls help me on this query….u know how brothers r! he has agreed to get me things…i want to make best use of this…pls suggest, also if any of u resides in Chicago or know Chicago well, pls tell the store names he can buy stuff from…
I was in NYC, and only know Macy’s, Kohl’s, K-Mart, Cosco etc…
For almost all major and drugstore brands you would find them at either ULTA, or Sephora. These two are the major destinations to look out for.
Actually, you can get high-end brands even at airports.
Walmart also has some brands like Hard Candy that others don’t stock.
If your brother is staying a while, I would suggest you to order stuff online and send it to his address, so no chance of a goof up 😛 😀
Drugstore makeup can be found at Walgreens, and ELF makeup is only available online.

Almost all brands are available online. ULTA, Sephora, MAC, all have their own websites, and the first two stock loads of brands. You can also read reviews that way and place orders based on that. I personally bought a lot from ULTA, they always give free samples, and offer great deals. Subscribe to their newsletter and you will definitely get some great ones.
If you want cheaper drugstore makeup, you can get it at Walmart’s website, and even Amazon is perfect for pretty much anything you want to buy. ELF has its own website.

I think it should be the same in Chicago as well. Macys, Kohls, etc. I was in Chicago but was not at all into cosmetics at that time so cant really help much but you can get all the top brands like EL, Lancome etc in all the departmental stores u mentioned at a very less price than in India and they always have lots of free goodies on offer too. I once bought sn Elizabeth Arden perfume and got lots of free goodies with it like a red tote bag, a beautiful hand mirror, a full size lipstick, a cute sample bottle of another perfume and lots of samples of their day, night creams, moistutisers, gold capsules thingies. All this for one perfume! So ask him to keep an eye out for such offers. And yes check out Sally beauty supply for their hair products, people go gaga about them and Ulta is a good store too.

hey 🙂 im there currently n really ulta has everything! there’s a really good ulta at madison street its huge n has a lot of stuff 🙂 rest water tower place in downtown has MAC n sephora so thats a must visit 🙂 or u can order stuff online n get it delivered to where he is staying n he’ll get them 🙂
