I had been on & off for certain reasons and I hope it would not stop me from interacting with you and sharing my thoughts! I often write to engage myself and keep all stress/ thoughts at bay and whenever I feel a need of shoulder to lean upon and open up my heart, to forget my griefs for a while I come here as we are not always open to our spouse or parents!

Let me jump on my today’s purchase from our well known budget-friendly brand St. Ives. This particular hydration lotion is really special and unique for its spray mechanism. Yes gals! It is a continuous spray lotion which is perfect for scorching summers as it feels extremely cool, refreshing and light on skin. These aerosol lotion sprays are available in 3 different variants and I picked this citrus infused lotion which is perfect for summers. Packaging: This new all over milky white spray lotion comes in sleek, slim metallic bottle packaging with pump. My Experience with St. Ives Energizing Citrus and Vitamin C Hydration Lotion:

Well the good part is we are experiencing consistent summers here and I am set to start and end my day in shorts and ice candies! This spray lotion is definitely great for my normal skin which is not really dry these days and I often skip body lotions post shower! I just need to keep it at least 4-5 inches from my skin and spray continuously on desired area.

It deposits a milky white runny froth on my skin surface post usage and I need gentle strokes to massage it onto my skin. It immediately gets absorbed in my skin leaving behind heavenly soothing citrus smell and no oily residue unlike other body lotions. I feel soft, smooth and non oily skin for good 5-6 hours these days. I also noticed that earlier I used to develop sweating on hands while using traditional body lotions on my skin during summers but I hardly notice that.

Moreover it does not give any oily cast on skin.Undoubtedly it is my new love as it saves my time and I am excited to use its spray mechanism more than anything. It never caused any infections, itching or irritation on my skin though it should not be used on open cuts or wounds.

Other than that I notice that it takes time to show results on very dry skin which is not habitual of lotions and body butters, you know what I mean? I had been skipping lotions for a while and hence for initial 2-3 days I could not notice any results and I always needed more than required to smoothen my skin but as days passed on and I used it religiously I could see that it moisturizes my skin very well and I use it sparsely on my skin.

Well I personally like it in spite of its chemical formulation. It really eased my pain of taking lotion out my palm and feet every hour apart from giving me soft, smooth, glowing and refreshing skin at the same time! It is great for travelling when you are in hurry. I am definitely getting it again and same variant as I love its citrus smell. Though it’s not for paraben intolerant gals sorry.. I would give it 4.5/5!
