Urban Decay Single Eyeshadow Purple Haze
Hi Gorgeous People, I feel like talking about my one and only Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Purple Haze (matte). I got it as a gift from a friend about 6 months ago. I haven’t used it yet because I barely wear bright colors on my eyelid. When I first saw this eyeshadow, I was so excited because I don’t own a lot of high-end cosmetics. Urban Decay carries two Purple Haze eyeshadows, one is a matte finish and the other one is a shimmery finish.
I have the matte finish eyeshadow in Purple Haze. It’s a pretty eyelid color or crease color. I noticed that it’s very powdery. When I swatched the eyeshadow, I expected this shadow to be very pigmented and that wasn’t the case though. On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being very pigmented, I would give it a 6. Urban decay eyeshadows cost about 17$.
If you are going to purchase this eyeshadow, be careful because it has a lot of fallout, I can tell you that because it’s very powdery.
This is a swatch picture. I used NYX jumbo pencil in white as a base and ELF mineral eyeshadow primer and the last swatch is without any base and primer.

Packaging is sturdy and cute.

- Too powdery.
- Sheer.
- Too expensive for this quality.
Last Word on Urban Decay Single Eyeshadow – Purple Haze:
I would not buy this product. I don’t even think I’m going to purchase any Urban Decay single eyeshadows. I do want to have a look at the Naked Palettes, but seriously 17$ for this, that’s way too much in my opinion. I am not recommending this eyeshadow. It does look nice though with a good base. I hope this answered some of your doubts regarding Urban Decay single eyeshadow.

Urban Decay failed? Haaww! :shocked: :shocked: I’s a pity this e/s didn’t work well. Especially because it costs quite a lot. :methinks: I’ve only ever had my eyes on 3 particular products from UD. :specs: The Pocket Rocket Glosses,The e/s primer,and the Naked Palette. :makeup: :love:
