In winters, we all tend to stock up skin care products like moisturises, lip balms, eye creams, etc. I would call them healers and saviours for my sensitive skin which tends to dry easily. In case you have dry parched lips, which really need an intensive lip treatment, please read this review.

My Experience with Clinique Repairwear Intensive Lip Treatment:
I have extra sensitive lips which tend to dry easily and skin also peels off on using some lipsticks and lip products. I need to apply lip care in the morning, during day and night. I tried many lip care products which seemed to worsen my condition without my knowledge. This only struck me when I stopped using those products and started using a good lip care products which suited me. Clinique repairwear intensive lip treatment is my bedtime must; before going to sleep I make sure my lips are cleansed and then apply lip treatment. Next day my lips are soft and supple. In case I happen to miss this out, my lips feel dry the next day. I have to be careful while using lipsticks as some of them worsen my condition, but now my saviour Clinique Repairwear Intensive Lip Treatment is with me and hence I feel at ease using all of my lipsticks without the fear of dry or chapped lips.
On application this lip treatment forms a transparent thin layer of gel on the lips and it protects, repairs and nourishes my lips. Clinique Repairwear Intensive Lip Treatment instantly hydrates my lips helps in maintaining moisture balance and also supports skin’s natural collagen. I prefer using it during night time when there are less chances of eating or drinking, so the lip treatment stays on for longer hours and repairs and nourishes my lips. I adore the soft gel texture of this lip treatment which comes in a lip stick tube, and is hence easy to apply. It has no fragrance or odour or no taste as such. The perfect lip treatment, I would say, a must have for extremely sensitive and dry lips.
However, the drawback here is that this is a gel-based formula which comes in a lip stick form and since the texture is very soft it tends to break easily after sometime causing waste of product. Even after twisting up the tube to its maximum, the product left in the lower part of the tube remains inside. I had to literally dig it out to finish the entire tube. The quantity is very less for the price paid, gets used up very quickly and plus the wastage. Even though it works wonders and gives excellent results, I am personally disappointed with the drawbacks.

Yes, I do recommend this to all those interested. I have already purchased it for winters. However keeping in mind the fact that the product finishes very quickly, is expensive, easily breaks and gets wasted I am looking out for an equally good lip care product that will suit my lips.
