My Take on Dabur Vatika Brave & Beautiful Hair Oil:
The hair oil bottle comes in a big box, which is a bit unnecessary I felt. The bottle is rather small compared to the box. There are the details like the ingredients, usage etc. mentioned on the box. The bottle is handy since it has a nozzle that needs to be pierced. It has a screw cap that makes it spill-proof, hence making it travel-friendly.
The hair oil is said to have coconut oil, sesame oil, Macadamia oil among others. It has a very strong aroma which reminds me of Parachute advansed hair oil. It is strikingly similar. The consistency of the oil is just fine, neither too thick nor runny. I’ve seen that some oils are difficult to rinse but this one doesn’t fall under that category.
I usually apply hair oil 5 hours prior to shampoo or sometimes leave it overnight. The longer I leave it on, the better. The best part of this oil is that it claims to be free from chemicals. And I was glad that it did not have mineral oil. I really liked the end results of this as well. Post shampoo, I was able to skip the conditioner easily. My scalp was nourished, and my hair was softer than ever! Trust me this worked. It also gave my hair that luster and bounce. Only thing is that it is a bit expensive for the quantity and the strong scent may bother some people. Otherwise I am impressed by this product.
