Nature’s Essence Snow White Salsa Fairness Moisturizing Lotion Review

Hello everyone,

Today, I will be reviewing a lotion that I got from the supermarket among other things. The bright orange packaging attracted me towards it.

Price: 75 INR for 100 ml

My experience with Nature’s Essence Snow White Salsa Fairness Moisturizing Lotion:

I loved the bright orange colored tube with a flip cap. I find lotions are convenient to use in tube form. It is travel-friendly.The lotion comes infused with calendula, saffron and coconut milk and all of those do wonders to the skin. It claims to bring out the natural fairness of the skin. It is believable to an extent because of the ingredient list.

The lotion is light yellow in color and has a weird smell that I cannot relate it to anything. Sensitive noses may not fancy it. The texture is neither runny nor thick and it does not give a greasy feel. It takes some time to get absorbed completely on the skin. It needs a little rubbing to spread it evenly. Once it sets it moisturizes my skin for half a day and the fragrance lingers for quite some time. I’d prefer using this when I am home or during winters as it lacks an SPF. I can say that it has lightened the tan on my arms to an extent, but it is very feeble. I have been using this for two weeks now. I’d be happy if by the time I finish the tube, I’ll be hoping it’d have worked better than the Vaseline healthy white ones that I like to slather on. Overall, I can say this is a pretty good lotion that moisturizes well, feebly lightens tan.

  1. “Snow white” really ?! I do like lacto tan and some other products from Nature’s Essence, but why don’t they put up the complete ingredients list?

  2. Nature’s essence products continue to baffle me. I have used it’s tan remover before and it has worked well for me, but that’s it, that’s the only Nature’s Essence product that has suited my skin type.
Though your Pros list overpower the Cons, I don’t think I wish to take another shot at a Nature’s Essence product :/
