Streetwear Color Rich Lip Color: Pink Fortress and Earth

Definition of nude lipsticks may vary from girl to girl complexion to complexion and occasion to occasion. For me, I find a lot colors match to nude lips requirement be it from the pink, brown or mauve family. Of late I have really been interested in collecting lipsticks that are almost nude and don’t show up much that way I can experiment with eye makeup as eye shadows is still not so common to the places I go. So to keep it low I got a lot of nude pinky brownie and mauvy lipsticks with undertones that would best match my eye makeup. My standard eye makeup is black liner but when it comes to adding a little color on the eyes I like to wear a lippy that’s almost nude but with a hint of some undertone perhaps pink or a light pink blush to go with it. I’m still experimenting and obviously im no expert and I am trying very hard to find out what eye face and lip makeup would suit me best.

For me nude lipstick should be almost my skin color or a shade or two darker than my skin color. On days that I don’t wear a base, nude lippies look awful on me. And some lippies that may be a little whiter or or a shade lighter than my skin tone make me look as if I painted my lips white or with some foundation. If its two shades lighter than my skin it totally washes me out 

This lipstick is like a reunion for me with my old browns that I use to wear when I was absolutely new to lipstick. It’s a light brown shade very moisturising and may be a couple of shades darker than my skin tone. This is a classic brown that all Indians should have in their lipstick collection . its not one of those dark browns but a very decent classic brown with soft tones to it and it make for an almost nude lipstick for me . of course this is a little gloomy too as it doesn’t add any color to the face, if u wear this the face would look all brown so I try to pair it up with some kind of an eye makeup color or blush color. I love this lippy as it’s a safe color for Indian skin tones but have to be cautious in wearing this as it would make the face look too dull. nevertheless it’s a classic nude for me and so will it be for darker skin toned girls.

Now this is one of those shades I told about how they are two or three shades lighter than my skin tone almost with pink and white undertones. It’s a great light pink nude lipstick and would look excellent with people with pink undertones to their skin and a good pink blush . for me it kind of washes me out and I would rather mix it with some other nude. These lipsticks are very moisturising though for the price of 140.its can be a perfect nude for fair skinned girls.

My take on the streetwear lipsticks in color rich

First of all the name had been copied form loreal color riche lipsticks :/ lame.
The packaging is very average and almost like Revlon matte ones that are priced at 500 rs. These ones on the other hand are 140 only for 3.2 grams. I love the color choices they have. Though the names have not been given enough thought like all sound similar pink satin, pink pie, pink fortress etc etc but it’s good that an effort has been made to name them in the first place. I love them as they are not matte but very moisturising as well. Would last two or three hours on me. It never dried out my lips. I love these and have a lot of other color too as they have a lot of options to choose from :yahoo: The only problem is they don’t click lock as in the cap is always lose so we can never carry these along :/

Last word: Do check these affordable beauties out. With so many colors, something is bound to catch your eye. decently pigmented, Super moisturising and 3.2 grams keeps us wanting more.
