Hello ladies,

Today, I am back with an article on “life saving styling tips for girls with bangs.” We all know that bangs can be cute as hell, are an ultimate cover up for a big forehead, pimples or messy eyebrows. Most importantly, you can express yourself through your bangs by easily choosing, how to wear them and how you want to be seen. With so many pros out there of having bangs, let’s also know some life-saving styling tips to keep them neat and pretty. Let’s hop on to the article now!

7 Life-Saving Styling Tips for Girls with Bangs

1.  Blow dry to keep the frizz at bay:

Always, blow dry your bangs when you step out of the shower, this should be done as quickly as possible because bangs are the first strands of hair that dry off. Once dry, they set into their original texture and shape so, it makes sense to style them and set them as quickly as possible before they dry off.

2.  Choose the right hair brush:

A small round-brush is generally considered the best when it comes to styling bangs as its tightly packed bristles grabs each and every hair and lets you control how much pressure to apply in order to set your bangs. However, there’s no hard and fast rule while selecting a go-to brush for your bangs, your choice of brush can depend on a variety of factors like texture of your hair and length of your bangs. So, keep experimenting girlies, till you find your best pick!

3.  Buy a mini-travel size flat iron:

This will come in handy when you want to sport your usual curly hair but also want to keep your bangs safe from frizz. To keep your bangs smooth and sealed in a place, start on one side of your face and take vertical sections all the way to the other side. This can be done with a full sized iron as well but, it’s slightly tougher to go all the way up to the roots then.

4.  Pin them up/twist them:

Okay, so you are on a vacation and you forgot your most faithful flat iron and hair-dryer, well fret not girlies, tease your bangs and pin them up to add some sexy volume at your crown or twist them and pin them up with some bobby-pins for a sweet and bubbly look. This trick is also very useful for school/college girls who are always in a hurry and do not have time to style their bangs or want to opt for an understated look.

5.  Don’t put lots of hair spray/serum:

Usually, we love fluffy and bouncy bangs so, when it comes to bangs and weighing-down hair products less is more. To always stay safe, put product on palm of your hand and apply to your hair as you normally would, and put whatever is left on your bangs.

6.  Wash them and keep them clean:

Even if you have decided to say no to poo frequently, make your bangs an exception and wash them frequently as they are prone to get greasy and dirty faster. Even if you don’t/cant wash them often, sweep some dry shampoo through them before they become greasy. Once, they get greasy it’s better to keep the dry shampoo at bay and simply shampoo your bangs.

7.  Don’t use heavy moisturizer on your forehead:

This is because you do not want your heavy night creams or serums to get transferred on your bangs and weigh them down. Pin up your bangs till the time your face cream/serum gets fully absorbed in your skin, better to keep them off for at-least 10-15 minutes after which you are good to go!

That’s all for today girlies! Hope you all liked it and found it useful in some way ☺
