ColourPop recently collaborated with Instagram model Alexis Ren. The collection reflects her aesthetics. In this collection, they have got the Topaz Bronze and highlighter palette, three new lipsticks in a new formulae called blotted lips and a matte and satin liquid lipstick. Today, I will be reviewing the Topaz palette. So let’s see how this product fared for me.

It also contains spherical light-diffusing powders which roll over the skin and allow for even application, ease of blending, and a fresh glow.

My Experience with ColourPop Topaz X Alexis Ren Pressed Powder Face Duo:
Packaging: The ColourPop Alexis Ren Topaz Palette was the first ever pressed face palette that ColourPop has released. The packaging of the palette is really stunning and of high quality. The palette comes in a sturdy, sleek black and rose gold cardboard packaging. When you open the palette, you get a good-sized mirror inside. There is a huge bronzer and a highlighter pan inside the palette. The palette overall is good sized, sturdy and easy to travel with since it holds both the bronzer & the highlighter.
Texture and Application: The palette holds “Golden Moment” bronzer and She’s Here To Stay highlighter. The texture of the bronzer is finely milled, high quality powder bronzer. There is bit of a kick up with the bronzer. “She’s here to stay highlighter” is also a powdered highlighter. The glitter in the highlighter is finely milled; however, the highlighter is a bit glittery. I used a fluffy brush to apply the bronzer and found that the bronzer gets blended easily on the face. I found it to smooth to apply. I used a highlighter brush to apply the highlighter and it gave me a nice smooth sheen on the tops of my cheek bones and the bridge of my nose.
Pigmentation and Coverage: The bronzer is super pigmented and gives a good coverage. The highlighter is also very pigment and gives a healthy glow to the skin.
Shade and Finish: The “Golden Moment” bronzer is a warm golden bronzer. It is true golden matte bronzer with no sheen to it. The bronzer finish is very smooth and matte as described. The bronzer is finely milled and well compacted. This bronzers warms up my skin naturally and doesn’t make my face look orange. It gives a nice sun-kissed, tanned look to my skin. “She’s here to stay” highlighter is also a pearlized true gold highlighter. The highlighter when paired with the bronzer gives a nice healthy sheen to the skin. The Topaz palette will really suit the Indian skin tone.
Staying Power: The staying power is really good. It stays on for around 6 to 7 hours on my skin without the need to reapply.
Overall, I am really happy with the Topaz palette. ColourPop did a good job with their first face pressed palette.
