Banjara’s Methi Wet n Wash Review

Hello everyone 🙂 ,

I had been gone for a while now, due to the college fests and immediately after that tests were lined up. I missed writing here a lot, and even though I had studying to do I never missed to check IMBB 🙂 . So here’s a quick review from Banjara’s that I picked up randomly on a shopping trip. Products like these are a boon to lazy people like me. When I am not in a mood to fix myself a hair pack I grab this 😀 . Let’s know more.

My Take on Banjara’s Methi Wet n Wash:

The packaging is simple, it comes in a white tube with the title written vertically. The tube has a sturdy flip cap and it is travel-friendly. Directions for use are given quite elaborately which makes it quite clear. Packaging cannot be called too catchy, it is kept simple.

The actual product is chrome yellow in color, very similar to the paste you get when soaked methi is ground. It does smell like methi, and you totally forget for a while that this contains preservatives. It has some small sized grains, maybe of the methi itself. The smell is very mild and not at all bothersome. Consistency is that of a paste.

Directions say that it needs to be mixed with olive oil and applied to hair, but I applied this paste directly to oiled hair. Application was quite easy, but it does require patience to work from the roots till the ends. It requires a lot of product for long hair, and I used up too much of it in one go. I doubt if it will last for more than three uses for my hair length. I left it for a good 30 minutes before rinsing it with shampoo. I massaged it while rinsing. I let my hair air-dry and the result was more than I expected.

My hair sure looked shiny and soft. I did not use any conditioner post shampoo, and I did feel my hair was less frizzy even though I did not use a conditioner. I couldn’t be happier. I expected it would be just an average product, but it rose above average. I used this on hair only once, and I’m afraid I need to repurchase this again soon now. I do not face any hair fall issues, so I cannot comment on how it would work for that. One little con was that my hair was left flat while I expected it to be bouncy.

It claim to work on pimples too, I have small pimples on my forehead and I applied it over there, let it dry for 15 minutes before rinsing it. It claims to show results with regular use, and I have been using it for five days now. It has made the pimples dry till now and I am waiting for them to fall off. I wonder if the ‘no marks’ claim is also true!

Overall I got hold of a very good product, very budget friendly plus you get two benefits in one tube; for skin and hair! I am totally happy with my buy and will soon check out their other variants as well. 🙂
