REVIEW: Bath and Body Works Sensual Amber Triple Moisture Body Cream
A few weeks back I had come up with a review of a Bath and Body Works body lotion in Japanese Cherry Blossom. Now I am back with a review on another Bath and Body Works product. This time it is “triple moisture body cream in Sensual Amber”.
Ok, first of all, all my Bath and Body Products have been gifted to me by my best friend who keeps going to the US for work. So, anyways this time she got me a body cream (cause lotions don’t work for me in Winters) and I have been hooked to it!!! Well ok, I am in general quite partial towards fragrant body creams but I promise this cream is different! I genuinely love it! Fragrance wise I of course still prefer the Japanese Cherry Blossom Lotion, but consistency-wise I love the Sensual Amber Triple Moisture Body Cream. However, do note that the fragrance of this cream is also yummy… It’s more of a warm scent with Oriental notes to it. It’s a nighttime fragrance and really really smells wonderful.
Consistency-wise, as the name suggests, it is a Triple Moisture Body Cream and it is really really moisturising. Now, like I have always said I have extremely dry skin and so when I say that this cream is moisturizing, then ladies, it really means that it IS moisturizing… 😛
Sensual Amber is a part of BBW’s Signature Collection and this flavor is available in Body creams. Shower gels, EDT etc.

As is evident in the pics, the cream comes in a tube and it costs $12 for 226 gms. How much it costs in India (in custom notified shops) is not something that I know of, so seriously I have no idea 😛
Also, if you look at the image carefully, you will notice “THIS FINISHED PRODUCT IS NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS”. Well, finished product??? So does this mean that the unfinished product is tested on animals??? Your guess is as good as mine 🙂

Pros of Bath and Body Works Sensual Amber Triple Moisture Body Cream
- Very tempting and yummy fragrance
- It is extremely moisturizing
- It leaves my skin soft and supple
- Very good for dry skin
- Not very expensive
- The “finishes” product is not tested on animals.
Cons of Bath and Body Works Sensual Amber Triple Moisture Body Cream
- May not be very easily available in India
- “Unfinished” product could be tested on animals
- Not recommended for oily skin people.

Great review, Suma :yes: :yes: :yes: Bath and Body works has some great lotions and a ton of flavors too ! Btw, when they usually say “this finished products not tested on animals”, it means that the companies usually don’t test themselves but, the ingredients they use may have been tested at some point or the other on animals by someone else and not the company itself 🙂 This company won a PETA award couple of years ago, so hopefully they still don’t test 😉

i like this body cream but in other fragrances like white citrus,coconut lime verb,sweet pea,JCB.it’s a non greasy formula and leaves a nice fragrance…i would only use it in winters tho,,can’t use it in summer in mumbai cos its too humid 🙁 :(.ive used amber products before and it makes me feel nauseous :sick: ..oh by the way bath and body works is having their annual sale and there are like really good deals at the moment…anyone having family or friends or are themselves travelling to the usa,don’t miss the SALE.. O:)
