Hair Type: Curly, dry and frizzy.

In this post, I will be reviewing a shampoo from the brand BBlunt. Previously, I was using a medicated shampoo for my hair fall issue, which I am still using, but this summer, my hair has become too dry, so I thought of giving this shampoo a try. Now, let us get into the review straightaway to know more details about this shampoo.

My Experience with BBlunt Intense Moisture Shampoo:
The shampoo comes in a blue plastic packaging which has a unique interesting shape similar to conical flask. Whenever I hold the shampoo, I feel like I am holding a conical flask in chemistry lab. It comes with a pump dispenser. The packaging is sturdy and cute, but it was difficult for me to release the pump and almost broke the pump. I still can’t figure how to open and it is not travel friendly. You can buy their mini version which has different simple packaging for travel purpose.
The shampoo is pearl white in color with a hint of blue in it. It has a medium thin consistency. It comes with a mild salon hair product fragrance which does not stay for long. I use 2 – 3 pumps of the product and mix it with water and apply on my hair medium length hair. It lathers well and removes any excess oil and dirt. There is no excess hair fall while using this shampoo which I feel is good. Need two washes if you hair is heavily oiled.
I did not use any conditioner after shampooing to see how this shampoo would work on its own. Upon air drying my hair, I felt my hair was less frizzy and soft but not silky soft. And it did weigh down my hair due to the moisture in the shampoo. So I don’t recommend this shampoo for oily hair or normal hair people. This shampoo can be used on colored hair too. When used along with a conditioner, it does make my hair smooth, manageable and frizz free.

- Does not make hair silky smooth. Need a conditioner after shampooing.
- Not suitable for oily and normal hair.
