7. Licorice Root

It contains several chemical compounds which are greatly beneficial for preventing hair loss, treating dandruff, healing fungal infections, and reversing chemical damage of the hair and scalp. You can make a cleanser out of it, just add one tablespoon of dried licorice root per three cups of boiling water. Let them boil. Keep it to cool down and then use it as a rinse.

8. Aloe Vera
