My Experience with Boots Gentle Feminine Wash:
The packaging is plain and simple. If not for the packaging label, it could easily be mistaken for a bottle of shampoo/shower gel. The frosted plastic bottle comes with a flip top lid and dispenses the product easily without dripping. The flip-flop lid shuts tightly. The bottle is sturdy and hygienic to use. Also, it isn’t heavy, which makes it travel-friendly, too.
Every square inch of our skin contains hundreds of sweat glands. Although sweat doesn’t cause odour but when it comes into contact with the bacteria on the skin’s surface, it can cause body odour. So basically, where there is skin, there is sweat, and that includes the sensitive area as well. The low pH of the intimate area helps to protect the skin against irritation, and it can be disturbed by ordinary washes and shower gels so, it is advised to use products that are specifically designed for that area. Boots Feminine gentle wash is one such product that is formulated to maintain the intimate hygiene. After all, prevention is better than cure so, I make sure to use the wash once or twice in a day.
It’s an absolute necessity for me. As soon as you open the lid, you find a colourless transparent thick gel with a subtle fragrance. I would say, the fragrance is hardly noticeable. Only a small amount is needed so, one bottle lasts up to 3-4 months. The thick gel foams up and produces a good lather. It is easy to apply and rinses off quickly. It is very soothing to use and leaves your skin feeling fresh and comfortable all day long. This product is excellent for controlling odour and very gentle for the sensitive area and doesn’t cause dryness.
