My Experience with Burberry Poppy Lip and Cheek Bloom:
Packaging: The cap has the iconic Burberry check on it. The name of the brand is printed in the front of the jar and the shade name on the bottom of the jar. Overall, packaging is luxe and you get what you pay for.
Texture: The Burberry lip and cheek bloom in poppy is a bright and vibrant red colour, which will suit every skin tone. If you love bright blushes like I do, then you are going to love this. I don’t have anything similar to this colour, it’s so beautiful bright and unique. When I first swatched this, it was a little uneven but that’s not the case when applied on the cheeks. The best way to apply this is to dab a little on to the cheeks and blend it with a stippling brush. These have excellent pigmentation and you need a very little of the vibrant shade.
The feels quite soft smooth and moussey to touch and feels very velvety. Although the colour is vibrant, but these look very natural on the cheeks and are very blendable and buildable.
These dry down to powdery finish on the cheeks. The wear time on these is insane. I got 12 hours of wear time with a little bit fading. I don’t prefer using them on the lips, since they cling on to dry patches of the lips and feels very powdery on the lips, which I don’t like. But they look very beautiful on the lips.
