I love perfumes and have an obsession. Each perfume denotes a mood and fragrance. I picked up a perfume from Calvin Klein range this time. I had loved their Calvin Klein Obsession, and when I noticed the night version, I wanted to give it a try. So, today’s review is all about Calvin Klein Obsession Night Eau de Parfum. Read on to know more.

Calvin Klein Obsession Night eau de parfum – 100 ml is a mysterious, sensual woman fragrance. A sultry, scented, ideal for the evening. The sensual base consists of musk, cedar, amber, moss and sandalwood. The cheery sunflowers make a nice contribution to this slight odor.
My Experience with Calvin Klein Obsession Night Eau de Parfum Spray:
The EDP comes in a sealed blue cardboard box. There is basic information on the box. Inside the box, the EDP sits perfectly. The EDP has a flat eggshell-like packaging. The deep blue glass is transparent and has a black pump that effectively sprays the perfume over a large area. The deep shiny blue half sphere cap closes with a click. I personally like the the bottle. It looks very classy and not cheap.
The main notes are: mandarin, bergamot, bitter orange, angelica and white flowers. The middle notes are jasmine, lily of the valley, rose and gardenia and the base notes are sandalwood, tonka bean, amber, vanilla, and cashmerewood.
The perfume is pretty strong and very feminine. It has a sensual, romantic notes that make it perfect for the night. The main notes, however, are not very appealing. The scent is mostly citrus and feels very fresh. After that, it slightly settles into a floral wonderland and then it settles down into a vanilla dominant musky scent.
2-3 sprays are more than enough to have a sensual fragrance on the body; the best is when you apply right after a shower when your skin is still holding some moisture. The smell of the perfume is very unique and I haven’t smelt anything like this before. It definitely stands out among similar smelling perfumes. It is floral, woody and dreamy.
The Obsession Night is not similar to Obsession, except for the shape of the bottle. This one has deeper tones, denoting darkness. The perfume makes you feel confident and is easily noticeable due to its out of the box fragrance. The perfume lasts 4-5 hours and after which it leaves a trail of slight floral-musky hints that linger around. I feel that this is pretty good.
The dresses I wear these days smell amazing for more than a month. I have also been using this to spritz 2-3 times in my cloth closet and this keeps my clothes smelling fresh and beautiful. The perfume is more elegant and ladylike. Even though it is musky, it is not a unisex fragrance and is a perfect choice for date nights.
