My Experience with Catrice Cosmetics Too Cool For Pool Kohl Kajal:
This eyeliner comes in a sharpenable pencil, but there is no sharpener attached with it. The pencil has a color-coded body that makes it easier to spot from the makeup stash. The bright color-coded pencil has black detailing on it. This packaging is quite attractive. The cap of the eye pencil has a regular fit. It does not shut with any click. So, it is important to put the cap tightly to avoid slipping of the cap while carrying around. The shade name is written on the side of this pencil along with some more product-related information. The pencil is extremely lightweight and gives a perfect grip during application.
The shade “Too Cool For Pool” is a beautiful pastel green eyeliner with a matte finish and it is totally free from shimmer. This color is definitely not for the faint hearted but if you are among those who love playing with colored eyeliners, do give it a shot. This is not a shade for everyday use. It is surely a pretty color to create dramatic eye makeup because the color is very unique and looks pretty on the eyes. When used on the waterline, this pastel green shade gives a wide opened look to sleepy or small eyes.
The pigmentation of this eyeliner is average and buildable. One swipe deposits light colour. Therefore multiple swipes are needed to build up the colour properly on the eyes. It sets to a lovely matte finish.
The texture of the kajal is soft and smooth but I will not say it is extremely creamy. As a result, there is a little tugging and pulling of the eyelids. It gets difficult to deposit color on the upper eyelid. It requires a lot of effort to build up the color on my waterline. The tip of the kajal gets blunt easily. So, it requires frequent sharpening. The kajal is water resistant but not completely waterproof. It easily smudges and almost fades away on my waterline after one or two hours of application. It requires too much layering to make it look darker. The color is not very easy to blend and I need put a little effort in blending the color, as it is not very creamy in texture.
The staying power is good only on my eyelids and not on the waterline. It lasts on my eyelids for around 4-5 hours with a little fading from the corners of the eyes, but it fades and smudges on my waterline. The kajal can be removed easily using an eye makeup remover.

- Apt for parties and dramatic eye makeup.
- Can be removed easily using a good remover.
Cons of Catrice Cosmetics Too Cool For Pool Kohl Kajal:
- Drags a little on the eyelids.
- Could have been more pigmented.
- Not an everyday shade.
- Staying power is low on my waterline.
- Formula is not very creamy.

Would I Repurchase/Recommend Catrice Cosmetics Too Cool For Pool Kohl Kajal?
Not really. I find my L.A. Girl Gel Glide Eye Pencils are better than this.
