My Experience with Chapstick Soothing Oasis Total Hydration Lip Balm:
This lip balm comes in a metallic grey packaging. The twist-up mechanism works fine and this is super handy too like any other lip balm. The price is average and we would get a lot of lip balms at that price.
This lip balm has a soft, buttery texture which glides very smoothly on my lips. One swipe and I will have the lip balm all over my lips. The consistency is the best thing that you can ask for. It is very lightweight on the lips too. For outdoors, I would prefer tinted ones over this. It feels very gentle on the lips. This lip balm does not have any SPF to it. I don’t know whether fragrance-free can be a pro or a con but at times, I like fragrance free stuff.
The main claim is hydration and it does provide my lips much-needed hydration. It says that it would provide 8 hours hydration and yes it does so, but re-application might be needed during the day. It treats dry and chapped lips and makes them look healthy. It takes away all the paleness and dullness away from my lips. Your lips won’t get healed with just one use, but 2-3 uses will be enough since it will be there on your lips day and night. Also, when the lip balm fades away, my lips feel very soft and smooth. This chapstick is a good daily treatment for lips.
