Davidoff Cool Water doesn’t need any introduction. It is one of the classic must-have aquatic fragrances and one of my personal favourites too. When it comes to fragrances and body lotions, I seldom stick to the same product and I always wander off experimenting with newer ones. However, Davidoff perfumes and lotions are like staples in my collection, and no matter how many new fragrances or lotions I purchase, I never skip to restock these beauties. The body lotion that I am reviewing today belongs to the same range as the original Davidoff EDT. I bought this for the first time after absolutely loving their shower gel, and am hooked to it ever since .

The product comes in a simple transparent aquatic blue plastic tube with a flip open cap. The transparent tube makes it easy to track the product usage. The cap tightly fits to the tube and ensures zero leakage. The packaging is compact and easy to carry around while traveling.
My Experience with Davidoff Cool Water Moisturizing Body Lotion – Woman:
I am a self-confessed Cool Water lover and I absolutely adore all their products. The product is a white coloured lotion with a creamy texture. It is not too runny, making it easy to take out the desired amount from the tube. Since it spreads easily on skin, only a small amount is needed per use. The lotion is easily absorbed, just one or two rubs does the job and it doesn’t leave behind any greasiness or white cast. One of the things that I like the most about the product is that it doesn’t feel heavy on skin and unlike many other body lotions, it doesn’t make my skin oily or too sweaty when exposed to sun.
Coming to the fragrance, it smells heavenly! It boasts of the same aquatic notes as that of the Cool Water EDT – top notes of blackcurrant, pineapple and honeydew melon bending with floral heart notes of lotus blossom and water lily, followed by base notes of citrus and woody scents. The fragrance can be sensed only closely and it stays for about 3 hours on me when applied on moist skin. I normally pair it with the shower gel from same range and use it for layering the Cool Water EDT to have the scent last longer.
Overall, the lotion has a rich texture and is highly moisturizing. It keeps my skin smooth and well hydrated without having the need to frequently reapply throughout the day. With the luscious aquatic fragrance, that is fresh yet soothing at the same time, it renders a beautiful luxurious feeling.
