I have reviewed many other matte and wearable shades from this range on IMBB. The last pretty one was in Mahogany. This one, though, is a very bright color. It is matte and a light touch of this blush can do wonders. This could suit all skin tones well, especially deeper ones.

My Experience with Deborah Milano Natural Effect Blush Bright Red:
This comes in a stiff plastic casing which is hard to open without damaging the nails. The color is matte and bright, although it is not too red. This can be called a mix of hot pink and red. Nevertheless, this is a very bright blush.
If you have fair skin, you will really need a very light touch. The brighter side is that for very deep skin tone this blush can be used and it will show up well. I think most skin tones can use this shade but only with a light hand.
The blush is much pigmented and matte. I can say this might feel slightly powdery. Using the softest brush with this is a good idea. The blush has staining properties so it will last a very long time on your skin. A touch up will not be needed.
This can be a great bridal or festive color, too. Wearing it for a casual outing may not be a good idea since it does stand out. Overall, a lovely matte bright toned blush if you have the knack of using it with a light hand.
