My Experience with Dior Rouge Dior Couture Colour Voluptuous Care Rouge Lipstick Cannage 941:
I always wanted to own a beautiful Dior lipstick. Since I love red lipsticks, I purchased this shade in “Rouge Cannage.”
Packaging: I love the packaging of Dior lipsticks. It is so elegant and stunning. The lipstick comes in a deep blue case with silver border. There is a Christian Dior symbol ‘CD’ on top of the lipstick case. The bottom of the lipstick contains the name of the lipstick “941 Rouge Cannage.” The lipstick packaging is very lightweight and travel friendly.
Texture and Application: The texture of the lipstick is very creamy and satiny. This lipstick is very moisturising and makes my lips look hydrated and fuller. The application is super easy with this lipstick. The lipstick feels very luxurious and lightweight on my lips.
Shade and Finish: The shade is described as “Rouge Cannage” and it is a beautiful warm red shade with blue undertone. The blue undertones in this lipstick make my teeth look white and my complexion looks fairer. This shade gives you a very sophisticated appearance. This shade is suitable for all types of Indian skin tones. This shade is perfect for a night-out or a wedding event. The lipstick has a faint buttery fragrance to it. The lipstick doesn’t bleed even if I don’t wear a lip liner. However, a lip liner gives that crisp, flawless looking lip.
Pigmentation and Coverage: The lipstick is super pigmented and super opaque. It gives full coverage even if the lips are pigmented. One swipe is all it takes for full coverage. It looks really good once blended out with my lips.
Staying Power: Staying power is really good with this lipstick. It stays on for around 5 hours without the need to reapply. However, it will start fading if you eat meals and drink coffee.
Overall, I am really happy with the colour payoff, the texture and the longevity of the lipstick. The lipstick can be easily removed with a makeup remover.
