Brown Smokey Eye
Hey Everyone!
Today I am going to do a Brown Smokey Eye Tutorial….even though this has been attempted before many time here but since everyone has their personal style and preferences …. I have decided to undertake this as well.
Start with a CTM face and apply Under-eye Cream. Allow it to be absorbed by the skin.
Apply Concealer under the eye. Here I am using MAC Select Moistcover Duo.
Apply Primer all over the lid. In case you don’t have a primer like me use foundation or concealer and top with loose powder to absorb all oils.
Blend it complete to even out the lid colour so that the colour of the Eye Shadow can have a even canvas.
Mixing all the colours of the Maybelline Chai Latte Quad pat them on the Eyelid. Covering the Eyelid and the Crease.
Blend the colour and add dark brown on the outer V and blend towards the inside.
Using MAC Smolder line the upper lashline and the lower lashline.
Blend and Soften the line with a pencil brush but since I don’t have one I am using my flat eyeshadow brush only.
Blend it to merge with Eyeshadow.
Curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler.
Apply a lot of Mascara as it is an essential component of the Smokey Eye. Use False Lashes if you want a heavier lash effect.
Apply Blush and Highlighter to highlight Cheek Bone and Brow Bone. Since I don’t have a blush brush I use the edge of the Large Powder brush. But I am soon getting my Sigma Brush Kit…..yayyy!!!
Apply Lipstick. I am using Revlon Colourburst in Peach.

Well it does depend on pigmentation of the lips as well…my lips are pretty pink…plus also camera mode also plays a crucial role in the color!
Some colors look different in person and in pictures!

i agree with them all. you have made it look very easy so looking fwd to trying it. i have a brunch to go to Sunday..me thinks during the day a brown might look nicer than a grey.. ?:)

They are good….cant really compare them to MAC and all …coz i havent used them. But they do whatever i want them to….so I am happy!
