Today, I will be sharing a very effective home remedy with you all that will help you in treating hyperpigmentation. It’s a condition in which some areas of the skin become patchy and more pigmented than the rest. Excessive sun exposure, hormonal imbalance or any other vitamin deficiency may trigger this problem. It’s nothing but more melanin being accumulated at a particular area on the skin. Our face is more prone to hyperpigmentation than any other parts of the body. There are a number of medical treatments also available to get rid of this problem. You can seek help from a professional dermatologist. However, I am sure if you try this DIY that I have mentioned below, you will not have to visit the doctor. Please read on further how to make this simple yet effective face pack.
- A glass bowl.
- Chironjee (botanical name Buchanania Lanzan, it is the same dry fruit which we put in gujiya’s).
- Raw milk.
Add chironjee to raw milk and keep it for 7-8 hours.
The quantity of the milk should be just enough to submerge the chironjee. It doesn’t have to be a runny paste. With the help of a spoon, mix the ingredients properly and mash/grind it down a bit.
Apply this paste overnight on the pigmented areas and wash off with cold water the next morning. Using this mask regularly for a month will make your skin clear and smooth. Raw milk has lactic acid in abundance which helps to lighten the skin and chironjee seeds are infused with vitamins and minerals that are good for skin.
If you have any doubts, you may ask in the comments section, will be happy to help 🙂
