My Experience with Essence I Love Nude Eyeshadow My Favorite Tauping:
The packaging is a round transparent plastic body with a see-through top. There is no brush included in this eyeshadow and to me that makes sense as we rarely use the applicators provided. Unless we are travelling, the applicator stays like an unwelcomed guest. The lid shuts with a click so you can carry it safely while travelling.
The shade name and number is mentioned at the back of the pan.
The eye-shadow is smooth to apply and has minimal fallout. The pigmentation could have been better as minimum of 3 swipes are required to bring out the real shade. I prefer using finger tips to dab on the shade, as swiping leads to decrease the intensity of the shade.
The shade is a beautiful nude color for all over the lid. It cancels out any discoloration and can be worn as an everyday shade. I end up reaching out for the shade mostly when I am not in the mood for a shadow yet want to pop my liner up. I think it is a great addition to my stash of eye shadows and with a base it would be an ideal beige taupe for my NC 42 skin tone.
The staying power is an area of concern as the shade is dabbed and not swiped, so with time it starts wearing off. On an average the shadow stays on 3-4 hours. I think it is a great buy (if you like the shade) at this price point; we cannot complain much.
