Estee Lauder Le Smoking Pure Color Nail Lacquer Review, NOTD

I have used a lot of Estee Lauder make up and skincare products but never before did I try a nail lacquer from this range. Finally, I got it as a gift from a friend and here, I’m writing my first review on a nail paint. This one is from the Estee Lauder’s pure Haute Collection which has a perfect red for every occasion.

My Personal experience with Estee Lauder Le Smoking Pure Color Nail Lacquer:

It gives a very rich, saturated and opaque color in just one coat. I am not a person who would splurge on such luxurious nail paints but with this Estee Lauder , I do not mind indulging myself once in a while. Well, I love my red nails and I feel both nude makeup and bright smokey eyes/red lippie makeup looks great with these. A little black dress or a red gown or even Indian wear, this color looks great with every damn attire. Not shimmery,glossy yet matte..Yeah!it is perfect, believe me.

This is not the first red in my collection and it is not a very unique color yet I feel I would use it prudently to make it last in my collection for another year. A cheaper dupe of this would be the classic reds from Wet n Wild. And let me mention this, I opened this bottle after 12 months of getting it, yes and it has not dried at all. The consistency is runny and absolutely fabulous, this aspect impressed me more than anything else. It came with the Estee Lauder Pure Color set and all the products are very wearable and practical to use.

Pros of Estee Lauder Le Smoking Pure Color Nail Lacquer:

• Dries up to a high shine finish which does not fade with time.
• Rich saturated color.
• One stroke is sufficient for an opaque color.
• Application is very easy as the brush is wide and nicely designed.
• Has a great look, easily can add beauty to your display of collection on the dressing table.
• The color is a classic red.
• Classy small bottle, so easy to carry.
• There is no weird smell to it.

Cons of Estee Lauder Le Smoking Pure Color Nail Lacquer:

• They did not last too long; not more than two days for me. I had not applied a top coat to it, just two coats of this nail lacquer.
• Consistency is a little thin and runny(which I rather like).

I did not see any other con in this product.

IMBB Rating – 4.5/5(-0.5 because they did not last on my nails for more than a couple of days)

Will I repurchase Estee Lauder Le Smoking Pure Color Nail Lacquer?

I would love to try the rest of the colors from Estee Lauder’s Haute Collection.
