My experience with Faces Glam on eye shadow Ruby Quartz:
This was the second and last eye shadow I had picked up on my last visit to Faces store. It is a very earthy yet unique shade, perfect for the festive season. The shade ruby quartz is a ruby shade almost like a warm dark pink with copper undertones. It will look great with many red outfits as well. It is a very wearable pink shade. And because it is warm toned it can be carried off with ease by all skin tones, even dusky beauties will rock this shade. It can be a lid color or a crease color. It goes hand in hand with the shade pink sequin I have reviewed before. It looks great alone as well, just the eye shadow and a black liner, as this color looks a bit undone when worn without a black liner on top. This shade has a metallic finish; it is not at all shimmery.
The texture is quite smooth, and soft but it has some fallout in the pan and while application. It is not at all chalky and blends like a dream. With just a slight touch in the pan it gives great color payoff, you do not even need to swipe more than once. It works better with fingers, rather than with brush. And because of the smooth texture, it blends very easily. It gives a good opaque finish covering all the pigmentation on lids.
Pigmentation is awesome; this is the most pigmented eye shadow I have. You can see in the swatch I have just swiped it once lightly, left with a base underneath and on right without one and there is not much difference at all. It stays well for 3 hours on my oily lids without a primer after which it starts creasing. With a base underneath it stays for 5 hours before it starts to crease, so it is not a very long staying eye shadow. But if you have normal to dry eyelids then you can expect it to stay for longer. I wish it stayed for a little longer. The color is so gorgeous and unique; apart from fallout and low staying power everything else is quite good. This eye shadow will last for really long as it is very pigmented and the price is reasonable too.

Do I recommend Faces Glam on eye shadow Ruby Quartz?
The shade is a very unique and wearable warm pink shade for Indian skin tones, but it does not stay long and starts creasing.
