Faces Ultime Pro lip crayons are some of the best lip crayons that I have ever tried because they have all qualities in them what an ideal lip crayon should have. The good news is that Faces has launched some 10 new crème lip crayons and some more shades extending the matte lip crayons collection. I picked up a few shades to review and “Blushing Nude” is one of them, the lightest of the shades 🙂

My Experience with Faces Ultime Pro Blushing Nude Matte Lip Crayon:
This range of Faces Ultime Pro lip crayon have matte and some shimmery shades too, but this one belongs to the matte category. Yes, Faces might seem a little costlier than usual, but if you try this range out, you wouldn’t mind paying 800 bucks!
Packaging:  The tube has the shade name written right over the packaging which makes it super easy. Also, the packaging is color coded so if you own more from the range, it becomes hassle free to pick the shade you like out of them. It looks like other regular lip crayons from other brands but just a little less chubby than those. This lip crayon needs to be sharpened because it doesn’t have a twisty base. It comes with a free sharpener for which I wholeheartedly thank Faces. Yes, there is product wastage but I am always cautious.
Shade:  The shade “Blushing Nude” is a very gorgeous deep n*de shade which looks similar to the color “Mocha.” It has little pink hints which is why we call it a blushing nude. It is an ideal n*de shade and looks extremely lovely on the lips. The shade is very much noticeable and is very different from my natural lip color. It is by far one of the best neutrals that I have tried since this is so much apt for Indian skin tones. It is one of the best n*des for fair to medium skin tones as it won’t wash out your complexion. It looks pretty paired with heavy eye makeup.
Finish and Texture:  The finish is super matte and I am sure matte lovers are going to fall in love with the finish! The pigmentation is intense and the application is super smooth and creamy. It glides like a dream. The formula is dry but yet I do not get that dry feeling on my lips. It does highlight chapped lips mildly but nothing very noticeable. Due to the bold pigmentation, it transfers to tissues and glasses but not a lot. The colour transfers but it looks like nothing has transferred from the lips, so hats off to the pigmentation.
Staying Power: Â The staying power is really good, like the other mattes from this range as it stays for more than 7-8 hours and the pigmentation stays as it is. The pigmentation might mildly decrease after 4-5 hours, but the colour stays as it is. It stays no matter how much I eat, sip water or do whatever. The removal part is a little tedious as it needs a powerful makeup remover to come off.

- “Blushing N*de” is a gorgeous deep n*de shade with a lot of brown and pink undertones.
- The formula is extremely matte which look super classy.
- Creamy formula that glides smoothly on the lips.
- The pigmentation is very intense and just one swipe is needed to get opaque color.
- It does not dry up my lips a lot even though it is a matte lip crayon.
- Great for Indian skin tones and apt for both day and evening wear.
- Apt for office wear.
- It stays on for 7 to 8 hours.
Cons of Faces Ultime Pro Blushing Nude Matte Lip Crayon:
- Transfers a little.
- Might highlight chapped lips but not something that is very noticeable.
- Will not suit dusky skin-tones.
Would I Repurchase/Recommend Faces Ultime Pro Blushing Nude Matte Lip Crayon?
Yes totally. It is one of the best n*de shades available in the Indian market and you surely cannot miss this one if you love wearing neutrals.
