Step 1: Firstly, put your middle finger together between the brows. Now, with the help of index fingers, apply pressure at the outer corner of your brows, making a V shape with your middle finger and index finger under the eye.

Step 2: Keeping the fingers in the same position, look up and move your lower eyelids to make a strong squint and relax.

Step 3: Repeat the procedure six more times before finishing up. To finish up, squeeze the eyes and tightly shut for 10 seconds.

Step 1: Place your index finger under the eye horizontally pointing towards the nose.

5. Shifty eyes:
