Hair Type: Coloured/thin/moderately damaged
Herbal Essences has been one of my favourite brands when it comes to hair care because their bottles look so good and they smell so amazing. I bought a new range from Herbal Essences which claims to add volume to the hair and I have very thin hair. Read on further to find out whether it worked for me or not:
$3.99/INR 260 for 300 ml.

Feel the Creamy Swirl of Moisturizers. “My moisturizing shampoo and conditioner system whips up a satiny fusion with extracts of water lily nectar & passion fruit that floats in your hand to boast a clean body.”
My Experience with Herbal Essences Hydralicious and Volume Boost Shampoo:
The packaging of this shampoo is the best thing about it. The shampoo comes in a gorgeous orange bottle with a green cap. It has these cute fonts and swirls over it which make it look even better. The bottle is travel friendly since there will be no issue of leakage but the bottle is big, so I wouldn’t really like to carry it while traveling. The quantity is pretty huge too and the price is also reasonable.
The shampoo is a bright orange colour liquid with a pearly finish. It looks so orangey that I get very refreshed by just looking at it. The consistency is runny just like any other shampoo and it creates a lot of lather in the hair. Along with the packaging, the best part about this shampoos is also its fragrance. Herbal Essences has always been famous for its fruity scents and this is no exception. This scent revives my senses totally. It feels light on my hair and does not irritate the scalp at all.
The shampoo works just like other Herbal Essences variants, makes my hair soft and smooth. My hair is usually dry and this brings a lot of hydration to my hair which is why I don’t feel the frizz. Also, it makes my hair shine and my hair colour look better. Coming to the volume part – it does add a natural bounce to my hair, just as the way they have claimed. The volume is not extraordinary, but if you have fine hair, then this shampoo will give your hair a nice lift.
Overall, a good shampoo for regular use but do not buy it if you need a lot of volume.

No, I will not repurchase since I like other ranges from Herbal Essences better, but it’s a nice regular shampoo to try. I wish herbal essences was actually available at regular prices online ☺
