My Experience with Jordana White Lie Color Effects Eyeshadow Powder:
The eyeshadow comes in a tiny plastic tub with a see-through lid. This mirror finish tub has a screw on type lid. The tub has a sticker indicating the shade number and its name with some other details placed at its base. There is nothing fancy or luxurious about the packaging, it is very basic.
The shade “White Lie” is a matte eyeshadow. It is a milky white eyeshadow, which is completely free of shimmers. The texture of the eyeshadow is smooth but it is a little dry in texture, so requires some effort to get on to the applicator. The formula is actually very powdery and has a lot of fall out.
I was searching for a matte white eyeshadow from really long, but this one has not lived up to my expectations. The pigmentation is also not good. Even after multiple swipes, it gets difficult for the colour to pop. In spite of blending into the skin, it falls out like some powdery substance. It becomes very difficult for me to build up the colour. It feels actually chalky and is not at all waterproof. The lasting power of the eyeshadow is poor. It hardly stays for 2-3 hours and gets vanished easily. Overall, the eye shadow has poor texture, pigmentation and low staying power.
