My Experience with Jovees Eye Liner + Zaffre Blue:
Jovees Eye Liner comes in a golden and blue colored tube packaging. I really love how luxurious this eyeliner looks. The cap is in golden color, while the tube is midnight blue in color. The brush is thin, and thus, it allows you to create thin lines. It also comes with an outer cardboard packaging. The packaging looks really classy. The wand is long enough, and it is super easy to create a winged eyeliner with this one.
The shade, Zaffre Blue is a dark denim blue color. It isn’t exactly what I imagined this color to be. I thought it would be more deep, like midnight blue or navy blue. But, it looks lighter. The eyeliner has a thick consistency but glides smoothly on the eyes. By the time you make your wing, the liner is completely dry. Yes, it dries off that quickly! It has a slightly thicker formula but, I have no complaints.
The finish of this eyeliner is shiny, but not too much. It looks nice and slightly glossy. Jovees claims it is a waterproof eyeliner and, yes it is! It barely budges even if you wash your face. This eyeliner stays put on the lids throughout the day and looks as if you’ve freshly applied it.
It doesn’t budge or smudge and stays true to its claims. It, in fact, peels off like that peel off lipsticks. It comes off easily if you dampen your lids and use a wet wipe. It doesn’t mess up the area near your eyes when you remove it. I wore this for 10 hours, and it looked exactly like how it was when I had applied it in the morning. It lasted amazingly well on me throughout the day. Overall, I’m super impressed with this one.

I wouldn’t repurchase it as I am on the lookout for a deep blue liquid liner. But, it is totally worth the price!
