While checking out Khadi stuff in Guardian pharmacy, I came across this hair serum from Khadi. I guess this is a new launch from the brand. The claims of the product looked impressive, so I decided to give it a shot. Read on to know how it fared for me:

My Experience with Khadi Natural Herbal Hair Serum:
I have medium length wavy and frizzy hair. I need to use serums to keep my hair frizz free. It requires a lot of effort to keep my hair in place. I have used too many heat styling tools in the past, but now, I have stopped using them on a regular basis to prevent damage. So, hair serums are the only stuff that can help me in making my hair manageable.
This bottle comes in a small clear plastic bottle. The packaging is like other Khadi products. The bottle has a screw on type black colored cap with a flip top. The cap shuts nicely with a click sound and makes this bottle leak proof. The clear bottle helps to see the amount of product left in the bottle. This small 50 ml bottle is fit for travel purposes. Overall, the packaging is nice, sturdy and travel friendly.
The hair serum is a clear liquid that looks like water. It has a mild and refreshing smell, which is absolutely non bothering. The texture of the hair serum is thick, like typical hair serum. The flip top cap dispenses the right amount of the product that is required for one use. A little amount is good enough to work on my medium length frizzy hair.
Now comes the results, the hair serum makes my hair shiny and glossy instantly. It smoothens my hair nicely and helps to tame the frizz too. The formula is non greasy, hence the hair serum does not weigh down the hair even if it has been used in small quantity. Just one drop is more than sufficient to work on my mid length hair, but applying too much of this serum will surely weigh down the hair. So, it is necessary to make sure that you are not going overboard with the hair serum. It helps to keep my hair tangle free. It makes my hair super soft and smooth that I keep running my fingers in my hair.
It adds a little moisture to the hair. It feels so light, feels like nothing on the hair. The hair serum will suit all scalp types, dry one or oily. But, if you have very thin hair, it will make the hair look more limp. It is surely a great choice for people with bouncy hair. Also, the hair serum is made up of 100 % natural products with minimum amount of chemicals used. The key ingredients of this hair serum are coconut oil, jojoba oil and almond oil, which are well known to nourish the hair deeply. So, I am actually happy with the product quality. I have not tried it before blow drying or flat ironing as I guess it is not safe to be used that way. It works best on towel-dried hair, but is surely a great everyday use product for frizzy hair. It keeps my hair at place almost all day long.
