Hi Everyone, π
Last night I asked readers on instagram and facebook on what look should I do next. A lot of people mentioned n*de look. Someone even mentioned a look inspired by Kim Kardashian. I was really excited to do a Kim Kardashian inspired makeup look. Her looks are pretty neutral but the textures in her makeup are the ones that really make her looks stand out. There is shimmer, there is matte, there is contouring, a creamy lip…all combined into one makeup look. I changed the lip because I was literally looking ill with that greyish toned beige. π For this makeup look, you could probably have everything in your kit already. So pull out those neutral shadow and give it a go. Don’t forget to share your makeup look in Madam Gupshup when you try it out. π

This was my inspiration pic.
Here is a quick tutorial on how to achieve this simple eye makeup look that you could wear for any party / function or an evening now. You may toned it down to your liking to make it appropriate for day wear.
Tutorial Steps
Start by priming the lid.
Use a gold eyeshadow as a highlighter on your brow bone.
Using a fluffy brush to apply a matte brown eyeshadow on the crease. This will help blend the eyeshadow that we would be applying on the lid.
Now apply a metallic bronze eyeshadow on your eyelid.
Use a black pencil just to line the upper lash line.
Use a metallic bronze / copper/ brown pencil as an eyekohl on waterline and lashline.
Finish of with lots of mascara.
Easy? π
And ofcourse no Kim Kardashian look can be complete without a soft mauvy pink blush, highlight and contouring. π You can go for a n*de lip color of your choice or you could copy the same exact color Kim K wears. π
