My Experience with Kleancolor Very Important Precision (V.I.P) Eyeliner:

This liner comes in a chubby little bottle. It has a bright lime green cap with a cute bow on it. The applicator is long and is made of thick felt tip. Looking at the name “Very Important Precision”, I think the felt tip applicator doesn’t promise you precise thin line. It is chubby, so you get thick wings when you use it on your lash line. The packaging is pretty cute and it is travel-friendly.

As I mentioned already, the applicator is thick, so no matter how carefully I apply the liner, it always goes on thick. If I nail a thin wing on one eye, the other eye has to have a thicker liner. Hence, the wings always come out thicker and bolder than I want. But that’s okay. I don’t mind thicker wings.

The formula dries down very quickly, so you need to work fast. I usually take time with this applicator to flick out the wing part of my liner because of the chubby tip. And in that process, the liner dries down and when I try to work it, some of it flakes off. Also, this liner doesn’t perform well if you go on with another coat. It will disturb the first layer and it will crumble.

However, the colour is a jet black colour. You won’t need a second coat to make it even more intense black. The liner dries down to a shiny finish which I really like. It is also very easy to take off. It doesn’t leave stark panda eyes when you wash off with water. It just flakes off without causing a black out situation on your eyes!

The staying power of this liner is really nice. It stays on for as long as you don’t rub your eyes harshly or wash your face with a face wash. It is water resistant to a good extent. It doesn’t crack or lose its sheen the whole time. I’m super impressed with this liner and also sad, because I already ran out of it!
