I like blue eye liners as long as they are not too shiny or metallic. This one looked like a unique teal blue in a non-shiny finish, just right, not too flaky or something would crack, and something that would not look too blue or metallic. I would rather say this is a creamy teal liner which amazed me, as I thought this would have a metallic finish.
The packaging is cool, simple and I love the brush, it is dense and slim and get the right amount of liner. The brush works beautifully and I think most of us would love the brush. The brush picks up the liner and applied it well too. So this gets a thumbs up from me.
The color is a creamy teal but not shiny, this has a gold sheen but somehow it looks more creamy than shiny or golden. It has a shine of gold tinge to it, nothing else. I think this a pretty blue to own.
Coming to the consistency, the color is creamy, I would say very slightly gloopy but overall, I was happy to see that the liner is not streaky, once you apply an even layer, it works beautifully. You would know how colorful liners are so streaky and uneven. This one surprisingly works almost like a black liquid liner.
The liner if layered too much could look cracked, but overall I did not find it much crack-prone, flaky or dry. I think it stays put without cracking for 4 hours plus and after that too it stays but you might notice slight fine lines in the application.
Overall I would say this is a perfect thick liner in teal with a slight sheen of gold to it.It stays for long and never streaks. It is very decently priced.If you love to wear colored liners, check this.

its a pretty color but I’m not comfortable with liquid eye liners so eyeing on lotus herbals hypnotica eye contour in blue color..

I have copper and olive 🙂 i like these.. but the pigmentation is rather poor for single swipe 🙁
