My Experience with Lakme Coral Case 9 to 5 Crease-Less Creme Lipstick:

The lipstick comes in a beautiful rose gold tube with a cap of the same colour. The cap shuts with a satisfactory click. The lipstick is sturdy and travel-friendly. The name of the shade is mentioned at the base of the tube. The shade, Coral Case, is a beautiful peachy coral shade with fine shimmers in it, which are hardly visible when applied on the lips. I love all peaches and corals. The shade is indeed very beautiful, but this shade will go only and only with pale skin tones. The shade gives a washed out look to other skin tones. But, I am happy it goes well with my skin tone, and brightens up my face. The lipstick does not have any undertones. It can be easily worn at work.

The lipstick has a moisturizing formula. The texture is soft and creamy and feels light on the lips. It glides on the lips smoothly. But it does not give a uniform application. One swipe gives sheer coverage and it does not hide those pigmented lips while multiple swipes leads to uneven application. The range claims to give a crease-less look, but this particular lipstick creases badly if you follow multiple swipes. It gives tacky and chalky kind of appearance. So, the “creaseless” claim is misleading. The staying power is 3-4 hours only without meals, and it fades away super quick with even light meals. Overall, I like the shade, but chalky finish is the biggest con.
