I have my red pick today from the L’Oreal moist matte lipsticks. I always love to wear orange reds, when I need my face to glow. Blue based reds do not work as well for Indian skin tones, like you know, so this is a perfect orangy red matte lipstick for you, I am in love with it.

The lipstick is pure matte and the texture is super duper light, like they say some kind of gel feel to it.MOst matte lipsticks may feels draggy or cakey but once you glide this on, you would know how light it feels, it is really smooth and no dragging, or getting in lip lines or chapped lips. The texture is really unique for a matte lipstick.

If you have dry lips, this would feel like nto wearing lipstick at all, it is a very moisturizing lipstick. One coat will give you full color and two coats might make the lip lines visible.At no point does this feel cakey or heavy, or dry.The color really works for warm skin tones, it has a lot of orange to it, so yes, it is a bright lipstick but one coat will work beautifully to make your skin glow.One thing you might not like is that your teeth might look yellowy with this since blue based reds work to make teeth look whiter, but not this orange-based one.

It lasts and lasts, after a meal it might get slightly patchy but never dry.I highly recommend this light to wear, smooth orange red for Indian skin tones, get one for yourself for sure. I have maple mocha and cherry crush too, but cherry crush is the most dry-looking matte, but believe me they feel super supple on the lips.

Like I mention always, the packaging is super nice with the color coded tab in the center. The price is on the steep side but see, it is a light non-drying matte which comes only once in a while. 😛
