L’Oreal skin care again and this time it was picked up mistakenly. I thought it is a wash-off mask but it is not. It is known as cream mask as it forms a layer of moisture on the face protecting and repairing it all through the night. Silly choice for my skin type but I am going to use it up on my dulls skin days for the extra boost of moisture. Read on to know more about the product.

My Experience with L’Oreal Revitalift Laser X3 Night Cream-Mask:
The cream-mask comes in a bulky tub packaging. It looks pretty luxurious with all the red, black gold detailing on it. A lot of information is mentioned on the outer paper carton. Since it is a glass tub, it is very heavy and not at all travel-friendly. There is a protective shield to the tub which aids in avoiding spillage but in any ways it is not good to carry along to trips.
The texture of the cream-mask is super-rich and surprisingly it feels like a whipped cream on touching. It melts on the skin and spreads really well, so a little bit goes a long way. It does not feel heavy on the skin; on the contrary it gets absorbed on massaging for a minute or so. There is a mild chemical fragrance but it is not disturbing.
Coming to the effectiveness of the product I have to say it moisturizes the skin superbly. For my combination to oily skin type I feel it is way too much as I wake up with a greasy face in the morning. I literally ran to wash it off fearing it might break me out. I find this cream to be ideal for dry skin that requires extra moisture in their night time skin routine. It did not work for me but I would definitely suggest if you are looking for a thick rich cream.

Recommend – only to people with dry skin that requires rich thick cream. Might breakout oily/combination skin.
